 Payment:
Full payment is required upfront, and we do not hold animals without payment. Cash is accepted for in-person transactions at shows and local pickups.

Shipping:
We primarily ship using FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals, although 2-day shipping may be considered for jumping spiders depending on weather conditions. For optimal safety, we strongly recommend shipping to a FedEx Hub, where the animals can be picked up with minimal stress. If the weather permits, we can ship directly to your home, provided temperatures are within a safe range.

All shipments are made within the U.S. using Reptiles Express-approved insulated boxes with the necessary temperature packs. We reserve the right to delay shipping if weather or other conditions are not suitable.

Important: 

If shipping to your residence, you must be home to sign for the package upon delivery. Every live shipment requires a signature. If the package is rerouted due to a missed delivery, we cannot be held responsible, and the Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) will be voided.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG):
We guarantee the live arrival of all our shipments. In the rare event that a an animal arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us immediately and provide clear photos, and in some cases videos, as evidence. We will offer a replacement of equal value or issue a refund.

Please note, if you choose 2-day shipping for jumping spiders, shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a DOA. Only Priority Overnight shipments are eligible for full refunds, including shipping.

Important:

 If you are shipping to a residential address, you must be home to sign for the package. Failure to do so will void the LAG. The guarantee is also void if you do not notify us within 2 hours of receiving the package, if the package is left outside for an extended time, or if a FedEx delay occurs that is beyond our control.

Temperature Holds:
If the temperature is unsafe at the time of purchase, we are happy to hold your animals with a deposit until the weather is suitable for shipping.

Wholesale Policy: 

Must purchase 10 or more animals for wholesale rates to kick in. Only offering wholesale on Jumping Spiders when available. Please inquire directly for pricing info.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, FedEx only.
Store policy applies on all wholesale groups as well.
